Welcomes residents, families, visitors, and prospective residents; answers calls; supports sales inquiries, move-ins, recruitment, and marketing materials. Maintains the front desk and Bistro area, manages appointments, mail, rosters, visitor sign-in, safety procedures, meal tickets, and administrative data entry while providing professional, confidential service.

Develop and deliver individualized Life Skills programs for seniors with memory loss. Engage residents in meaningful routines, small groups, and enrichment clubs; tailor activities using resident profiles and care plans; document participation; maintain program supplies; support resident transportation to activities; and encourage team members and volunteers to promote resident engagement and dignity.

Provides wellness assessments, monitors resident health changes, manages medications, audits MAR/TAR records, coordinates with families and clinicians, follows up on incidents and falls, maintains clinical documentation and regulatory compliance, supports infection control and quality initiatives, and trains care team members in a senior living setting.
