Assists journeymen with industrial, commercial, and institutional electrical installations, including routing conduit and wires, labeling electrical systems, troubleshooting, loading materials, maintaining work orders, and performing field work. The apprentice follows health and safety standards, supports fellow apprentices, attends training and safety meetings, maintains tools and equipment, and develops increased responsibility over time.

Manages electrical projects from estimating through closeout, ensuring budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and customer commitments are met. Coordinates field electricians, engineering, procurement, materials, work orders, invoices, project meetings, status reporting, quotes, and change management. Serves as the primary customer contact, manages expectations, supports sales, and oversees or performs electrical installations, field work, and troubleshooting.
