Own end-to-end relationships with institutional financial clients, covering onboarding, daily file delivery, corporate actions, methodology inquiries, and issue resolution. Translate complex index concepts clearly, coordinate technology implementations, communicate proactively, and identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and service quality. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and client management skills, along with familiarity with financial markets, data products, Excel, and technology teams.

Establish and supervise daily indicative net asset value calculations for ETFs and ETNs, support portfolio composition files, monitor ETF operations, and optimize or develop financial-market data processes using Python. The role also handles customer inquiries, coordinates with data providers and exchanges, and transitions workflows across international operational teams.

Manage daily Toronto office operations, including supplies, vendors, facilities coordination, communications, meeting-room support, and employee events. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and staff. Lead the upcoming office relocation, coordinate with building management and international office managers, and help maintain workplace health and safety standards.

Provide L1/L2 production support for trading and market-data applications in Linux environments. Monitor systems, troubleshoot market connectivity, APIs, databases, data feeds, and distributed systems, and lead incident, change, and release management. The role includes SQL optimization, stakeholder communication, root-cause analysis, SLA ownership, monitoring and automation improvements, documentation, project leadership, and mentoring junior team members.
