Manages tenant accounts receivable and collections for a commercial real estate portfolio. Responsibilities include collecting outstanding balances, reviewing tenant billings, preparing statements and default letters, completing CAM and tax reconciliations, coordinating with accounting, property management, legal teams and bailiffs, producing reports, resolving tenant account issues, and supporting process improvements.

Supports annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and business performance analysis. Maintains Yardi ABF and Power BI reporting, dashboards, and forecast models. Contributes to accounting system enhancements, data integration, process automation, report standardization, data governance, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partners with business teams to improve processes, investigates organizational problems, and performs ad hoc financial analysis and special projects.

Coordinates land development activities, consultants, planning and permitting applications, joint venture support, due diligence, stakeholder communications, financial securities, research, records, and project status reporting. The role works across internal departments and external agencies on retail, commercial, and residential projects, requiring strong organization, communication, multitasking, software proficiency, and a valid driver's license.
