Coordinates tenant lease administration and asset management across Canada. Prepares lease documentation, performs tenant screening, maintains contract records, audits lease compliance, reviews rental payments, and prepares management reports. Collaborates with legal, finance, and operational teams to improve processes, optimize leasing activities, and support EBITDA growth. Monitors market trends and provides guidance on lease terms, rental competitiveness, and operational improvements.

Provides strategic and operational HR partnership to business leaders, advising on employee relations, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, organizational development, disability cases, employment legislation, and HR initiatives. Uses HR data and analytics to identify trends and develop actionable recommendations. Requires extensive progressive HR experience, bilingual French and English communication, knowledge of Canadian employment law, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Performs avionics maintenance, inspections, modifications, documentation, and component certification on business aircraft in hangar and ramp environments. Leads major inspection and modification projects, supervises junior technicians and apprentices, follows Transport Canada regulations and avionics control procedures, completes assigned training, and maintains a safe workplace. The role requires a valid Transport Canada Category E licence, five years of related experience, aircraft avionics training, and flexibility to work assigned shifts, including weekends and nights.

Provides strategic and operational HR guidance to leaders and employees, leads talent management and organizational development initiatives, advises on performance and employee relations matters, manages disability and workplace claims, interprets employment legislation, and uses HR analytics to deliver actionable insights. The role requires bilingual French and English communication, strong project management, and extensive HR business partnering experience.

Effectue et supervise la maintenance sécuritaire et conforme d’aéronefs d’affaires, en hangar et sur l’aire de trafic.
