Consulting role advising broker-dealers on post-trade operations transformation. Assess front-to-back trade flows, design target operating models, drive automation with technology teams, lead stakeholder interviews and project workstreams, coach junior staff, and support business development through proposals and thought leadership.

Provide operational risk and compliance advisory to financial services clients: assess risk frameworks, governance, RCSAs, KPIs/KRIs, remediation, and automation; collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders; support regulatory readiness, reporting, training, and business development.

Responsible for managing daily accounting activities, performing AP reconciliations, supporting month-end close, and maintaining general ledger accuracy while collaborating with teams for process improvements.
