Own GRR, NRR, and expansion targets, forecast accuracy, pipeline hygiene (HubSpot), cross-sell execution (ShareGate Protect), and partner with RevOps, Channel, Finance, and Legal to remove friction and protect at-risk revenue.

Convert inbound interest and signups into qualified sales conversations for AEs. Qualify prospects consultatively, own product knowledge across ShareGate Protect and Migrate, use AI tools to accelerate outreach and pipeline management, and hand off context-rich opportunities while contributing process improvements to the SDR team.

Lead ShareGate's demand generation strategy and execution across paid media, SEO/AEO, integrated campaigns, and CRO to drive qualified pipeline and ARR. Forecast and measure funnel performance, allocate budget, partner with Sales and RevOps, and leverage AI to optimize campaigns. Build and coach a high-performing acquisition team and deliver predictable, scalable revenue growth.

Lead ShareGates earned-media strategy for AI-search visibility: run media relations, coach and place executives, manage external PR agencies, develop creator/influencer programs, monitor coverage and AEO visibility, and support employer brand initiatives across Canada.
