The role coordinates ServiceNow sales, product, marketing, enablement, customer success, and technical teams while coaching Wipro stakeholders, tracking performance, managing risks, and expanding into new markets and customer segments.

Own production database troubleshooting, incident root-cause analysis, performance tuning, observability, and automation across large-scale multi-tenant PostgreSQL and MariaDB environments.
