As a Senior Software Engineer on the JavaScript SDK team, you'll innovate and enhance SDKs across multiple server runtimes, emphasizing AI tools, open-source contributions, and direct user engagement.

The role involves developing JavaScript SDKs, owning projects end-to-end, leveraging AI tools, engaging with open-source communities, and addressing user feedback directly.

Lead and grow an engineering team building Sentry's Events Analytics Platform. Set technical direction, drive architecture and core features for large-scale analytical querying, ensure stability and scalability for AI workloads, run incident response and postmortems, and collaborate cross-functionally to unify event data and enable complex, high-performance queries.

Design, build, and operate core control plane systems that manage customer identity, placement, replication, and lifecycle across a multi-cell distributed architecture. Improve reliability, scalability, observability, and provide infrastructure primitives and APIs. Partner with teams, respond to incidents, and ensure safe global platform operation.

Perform deep root-cause debugging across frontend-to-backend stacks, troubleshoot and read SDK source, support enterprise customers on architecture, and build agentic automation (LLM orchestration, MCP, internal APIs) to create deterministic autonomous support paths.

Design, build, and scale Sentry's billing infrastructure and usage-tracking pipeline to process massive event volumes with low latency and financial-grade accuracy. Create flexible pricing primitives, address distributed data consistency (delays, retroactive pricing, reconciliation), and collaborate with product, finance, and BizOps to ensure revenue correctness and enable new pricing models.

As a Senior iOS SDK Engineer, you will lead the development of Sentry's iOS SDK, innovating features and designing APIs while leveraging advanced Apple technologies and ensuring robust architecture for high scalability.

Lead design and implementation of Sentry's Events Analytics Platform, improving search and storage performance at petabyte scale. Architect and automate scalable services, make trade-offs, review code, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and improve maintainability and developer experience.

Lead architecture and implementation of Sentry's Issue Workflow platform, solving performance and scalability challenges, driving technical strategy, building real-time pipelines and search systems, and mentoring engineering teammates to improve product quality and user experience.

As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you will onboard customers, drive product adoption, and support them in achieving their technical and business goals using Sentry's platform, leveraging strong technical expertise and industry knowledge.
