The Senior Data Engineer will build and optimize data pipelines, ensuring operational data excellence, supporting governance, and enabling analytics. This includes working with large datasets and cloud-native tools to enhance performance and governance of the data ecosystem.

Lead a team of analysts to deliver data insights that enhance partner performance and member engagement, while driving strategic analytics initiatives and fostering collaboration across teams.

Develop, deploy, and monitor machine learning models across the ML lifecycle. Perform data wrangling, feature engineering, EDA, and present actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and research new methodologies to improve models and processes.

Use Python and SQL to gather, clean, and analyze large consumer datasets, build owner-specific reports and visualizations in Tableau, investigate anomalies, and collaborate with Analytics and Data Engineering to automate processes and improve data quality for models.

Design, build, and maintain automated deployment pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD for cloud-based data platforms. Ensure operational stability through orchestration (e.g., Airflow), monitoring, incident response, and reproducible environments. Partner with engineering, security, and governance teams to enforce access controls, compliance, and operational standards while documenting runbooks and driving platform reliability improvements.
