Leads SailPoint’s Public Sector Canada sales organization, directly managing sales professionals and providing matrix leadership to supporting teams. Responsibilities include establishing sales structure and cadence, improving pipeline quality and forecasting accuracy, developing regional business plans, hiring and developing talent, and expanding relationships with customers and channel partners. The leader will identify new-logo and white-space opportunities driven by compliance, governance, and identity security needs, while building plans for sustained regional growth.
