Lead editorial and creative strategy for children’s storytelling across formats, build scalable AI-enabled authoring systems, oversee content production and IP partnerships, coach creators, set quality standards, and translate user data into editorial improvements.

Lead design and implementation of a scalable frontend foundation for internal tools: build and maintain the internal portal and shared component library, optimize performance and accessibility, improve developer experience (build pipelines, testing, deployment), and collaborate with backend, design, and cross-functional teams to enable efficient content and AI-powered feature delivery.
