The Systems Engineer will oversee the technical development of a building motion monitoring system, focusing on system architecture, embedded software, and product development, while collaborating with various experts and managing external partnerships.

Provide project coordination support for engineering projects: maintain ERP data, assist proposal development, manage contracts, invoices, insurance, and project documentation; prepare reports and meeting notes; track budgets, schedules, scope changes, and help ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while supporting office administrative duties.

Coordinate regional business development activities to grow client relationships and identify project leads. Support regional sales budget execution, plan client engagement events and meetings, manage CRM data and follow-up, identify RFPs, and assist Project Managers with regional sales campaigns and event ROI tracking.

Coordinate regional business development activities: execute regional sales plans, enhance client engagement, organize sales trips/events and Lunch & Learns, identify RFPs and project leads, and maintain CRM data and follow-up for Project Managers.

Perform field noise measurements and inspections, analyze environmental and architectural acoustics using modeling software, produce reports, communicate with clients and project teams, and follow QA processes to deliver projects on schedule and budget.
