First point of contact for in-store and phone customers; complete sales transactions, daily banking reconciliation, and purchasing; build and maintain customer relationships; follow health and safety rules; perform other branch duties as required.

Manage administration, calculation, tracking, and reconciliation of customer and vendor rebate programs. Interpret rebate agreements, set up rebate structures, calculate accruals, reconcile to the general ledger, validate claims, prepare reporting, support forecasting and negotiations, partner with Sales/Procurement/Finance, drive process improvements, and support audit requests.

Develop and manage relationships with contractors, architects, and customers to drive sales of exterior building products. Build and execute sales plans, collaborate with suppliers, provide product education, manage customer credit and collections, and expand market share through new business development.

Outside commercial sales role focused on developing and managing customer relationships, growing new business, and executing sales plans.
