Director of Growth will identify, test, and launch new revenue channels, partnerships, segments, and products for Rokt Aftersell. The role sizes opportunities, designs rapid experiments, closes and onboards initial partners or merchants, measures revenue and unit economics, and converts successful channels into scalable playbooks. This hands-on individual contributor partners with marketing, sales, partnerships, product, engineering, and design while using AI agents for research, outreach, experimentation, and analytics.
