Provides guest service and completes retail sales transactions at Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada. Operates the point-of-sale system, handles cash and card payments, stocks and tickets merchandise, retrieves inventory, counts merchandise, supports inventory activities, and maintains a clean, organized sales floor. Requires flexible availability for shifts throughout the attraction’s operating hours, including weekends and holidays.

Provides daily care and husbandry for marine and freshwater animals, including habitat maintenance, feeding, enrichment, disease prevention and treatment, water quality assessment, record keeping, and basic life support system upkeep. Performs SCUBA diving for exhibit feeding and maintenance, supports guest engagement, and works flexible shifts in a 365-day aquarium operation.

Provides guest service in a fast-paced aquarium photo retail environment. Greets guests, promotes photo opportunities, directs guests to view and purchase images, assists with photo and accessory sales, operates a point-of-sale system, processes cash and card transactions, maintains cash drawer counts and receipts, and supports sales goals. Requires flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and any operating shift, plus the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Lead sales, development and onsite coordination of corporate and special events. Manage client relations, vendor logistics, bookings, invoicing, and meet revenue targets. Assist with event programming, equipment inventory, site visits, and cross‑team communications. Work nights, weekends and overnights as required.
