Lead change initiatives, career frameworks, talent programs, and multiple HR projects while coaching leaders and supporting geographically dispersed teams. Use employee data and AI-enabled tools to improve decision-making, productivity, adoption, and employee experience. The role requires Canadian employment-law knowledge and familiarity with U.S. practices.
