Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner for North American Sales and Commercial teams. Advise leaders on organizational effectiveness, employee relations, engagement, culture, talent development, retention, workforce planning, and leadership capability. Lead change initiatives, career frameworks, talent programs, and multiple HR projects while coaching leaders and supporting geographically dispersed teams. Use employee data and AI-enabled tools to improve decision-making, productivity, adoption, and employee experience. The role requires Canadian employment-law knowledge and familiarity with U.S. practices.

Coordinates customer business development activities across retail partners, including promotions, product listings, launches, order readiness, customer requirements, reporting, inventory analysis, and business planning. Maintains calendars, trackers, item data, and documentation while coordinating cross-functional follow-up and resolving execution issues. Supports customer meetings, performance reviews, competitive analysis, and risk escalation. Requires strong organization, Excel and data analysis skills, communication, and stakeholder coordination.

Manage Revlon's ecommerce sales channels by maintaining bilingual product listings, brand pages, pricing, promotions, content, and merchandising. Optimize listings for SEO and user experience, analyze traffic, conversion, sales, and reviews, and prepare performance reports. Support Shopify and marketplace operations, troubleshoot platform issues, coordinate digital marketing campaigns, and maintain brand consistency across online channels.
