Lead design and delivery of cloud-native .NET APIs on Azure, drive architecture (Clean Architecture, CQRS, DDD), operate Kubernetes-deployed services, optimize SQL Server/EF Core performance, adopt AI development tools, mentor engineers, perform security-focused code reviews, and troubleshoot production issues.

Build and maintain full-stack web applications and production LLM-powered features (RAG, agents). Develop evals, observability, API integrations, databases, background jobs, containerized deployments, and collaborate across product, design, and engineering to ship AI products.

First-line technical support for Rentsync platform, websites, and data feed integrations via email, chat, phone, and video. Troubleshoot integrations and web issues, collaborate with Product and Engineering, educate clients, support QA and small implementations, monitor client health, and relay feedback to improve the platform.

Own end-to-end testing strategy and implement automated Playwright test suites in TypeScript. Test web platforms and AI-driven conversational products, define quality metrics for non-deterministic outputs, integrate tests into CI/CD, run exploratory/manual testing, triage defects, and partner with engineering and product from design through release.

Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap; conduct market and user research; collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams; prioritize features; create specifications; monitor KPIs; drive data-informed decisions and post-launch optimization; mentor teammates and champion user-centered product development.
