The Director of Technology Risk will shape and implement cyber risk management strategies, oversee IT risk assessments and compliance, and provide technical guidance.

Lead technology and cyber risk management strategy, oversee compliance and operational risk mitigation, and implement risk assessment frameworks across IT domains.

Short-term contract supporting underwriting operations: receive and set up reinsurance applications in Reflex and Sylvie, monitor and prioritize queues, assign mail, escalate high-priority cases, communicate with internal/external clients, assist underwriters, follow up with retro-cessionaires, support projects and reporting, and perform administrative tasks as directed by the Director.

Serve as a client-facing business analyst in the Client Delivery help desk, triaging and analyzing reinsurance issues, coordinating with technical teams, implementing TAI system solutions, conducting root-cause analysis on reinsurance data and processes, managing client relationships, and supporting project implementations and upgrades.
