Manager, Technical Accounting will lead global US GAAP research, prepare technical accounting memos, maintain accounting policies, and support complex close and reporting activities. The role partners with North American controllership, Project Finance, Legal, Tax, FP&A, auditors, and advisors on project-level accounting, audits, due diligence, and new business initiatives. Additional responsibilities include training finance and non-finance teams and supporting continuous improvement.

Manages construction financing across solar and battery storage projects, including loan draw requests, budget reconciliation, cash flow forecasting, lender reporting, covenant compliance, financial controls, and risk management. Coordinates with project management, treasury, accounting, project finance, lenders, engineers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to support timely funding, accurate reporting, and compliance with financing agreements.

The DevOps Engineer designs and maintains CI/CD pipelines, build infrastructure, deployment systems, and infrastructure-as-code. Responsibilities include automating releases for cloud and embedded systems, troubleshooting deployments, monitoring performance, implementing security controls, managing containers and cloud infrastructure, and collaborating with development, QA, engineering, and operations teams. The role also involves documentation, application optimization, and continuous improvement of software delivery processes.

Coordinates operational planning for renewable energy control centre activities across PV and BESS assets. Responsibilities include scheduling maintenance, outages, derates, testing, and inspections; assessing operational impacts and risks; coordinating internal and third-party stakeholders; maintaining work orders, logs, schedules, and reports; supporting operator turnover and readiness; and ensuring documentation, compliance evidence, and escalation tracking are complete.

Supervise and strengthen NERC compliance for a utility-scale solar and battery storage operations control centre. Translate reliability standards into procedures, oversee compliance evidence and audit readiness, manage documentation, review operational logs, track findings and corrective actions, support training, and coordinate with operations, engineering, cybersecurity, IT, and external auditors. Prepare compliance reports and dashboards, identify risks and non-conformances, and promote consistent operational discipline across teams and shifts.

Manage and secure NERC CIP-compliant network systems supporting energy management and control systems. Ensure reliability, security, and regulatory compliance in a control center environment, monitoring performance and implementing network administration and protection measures.
