The Regional Account Manager will promote and sell Radformation's software solutions to radiation oncology clinics, modernizing workflows and enhancing patient care. Responsibilities include cold outreach, product demos, maintaining client relationships, and managing sales operations through a CRM.

Design, develop, and optimize adaptive radiotherapy desktop software: DICOM integration and networking, 3D image processing, deformable registration, coordinate transforms, dose visualization and DVH evaluation. Build performant WPF applications under near real-time constraints, integrate with oncology systems, collaborate with physicists and product, contribute to architecture, testing, code reviews, and mentor teammates.

Design, build, and maintain ClearCheck .NET/WPF desktop software for radiotherapy plan checking. Implement DICOM integration, 3D image/dose/plan visualization and DVH evaluation, collaborate with physicists to translate clinical requirements, contribute to architecture, testing and code reviews, and mentor teammates to deliver performant, reliable medical imaging solutions.

Design, build, and maintain full-stack browser-based ChartCheck web application using JavaScript/TypeScript. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement RESTful APIs, work with MongoDB/SQL databases, conduct code reviews, mentor teammates, and ensure secure, compliant healthcare software practices.
