This player-coach role requires personally sourcing and closing strategic opportunities while building scalable processes, products, partnerships, and booking experiences. The leader will collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Expansion, and leadership to grow recurring B2B revenue and use market and sales insights to guide expansion decisions.

Lead Puppy Sphere’s marketing strategy, growth channels, e-commerce conversion, lifecycle marketing, brand, content, social, community, and retention programs. Manage the marketing team, agencies, budgets, analytics, and multi-market expansion while balancing brand building with measurable revenue growth. Develop scalable marketing systems, playbooks, customer journeys, and high-performing teams across acquisition, conversion, repeat visits, loyalty, and advocacy.
