Manage clinical study budgets from proposal development through project completion, including change orders, forecasts, accruals, invoicing requests, sponsor contracts, payment schedules, and actual-versus-budget reconciliation. Maintain project finance data and timesheet systems, support contract management, analyze budgets, and provide accurate financial reporting. The role also requires budget negotiation, scope management, communication, organization, and training capabilities within a clinical research environment.

Leads country-level clinical study startup and site activation, coordinating contracts, budgets, regulatory submissions, translations, site documents, investigational product distribution, vendors, timelines, and enrollment projections. The role supports clinical research teams, resolves startup issues, and ensures sites activate smoothly and on schedule.

Lead and coordinate clinical project teams across North America, track study progress and milestones, manage site selection/startup/monitoring/closeout, supervise team training and monitoring quality, handle budgets/contracts/payments, prepare for audits/inspections, and report status to clients and global stakeholders.
