Lead and manage industrial land and building development for Toronto/Eastern Canada, overseeing site pursuit, due diligence, entitlements, design, permitting, construction, budgeting, contractor procurement, risk management, and project closeout. Coach development team, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, optimize design/construction, and support build-to-suit and speculative projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction.

Lead zoning, due diligence, public approvals, and stakeholder engagement for multiple industrial development projects across the Greater Toronto Area and Montreal. Develop entitlement strategies, assess feasibility for acquisitions and redevelopments, manage consultants, create conceptual site plans, and represent Prologis to municipal and community stakeholders while aligning internal teams.
