Develop and maintain AS9100/ISO9001 QMS, lead QMS audits, drive APQP activities (FAI, PPAP, PFMEA), analyze quality data (SPC, scrap), manage customer quality interactions, lead NPI and cross-functional problem investigations, and implement CAPA and continuous improvement in a machine shop environment.

Maintain and repair CNC machining equipment and facility systems in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include mechanical troubleshooting, preventative and predictive maintenance, machine inspections, geometry checks, lubrication, component replacement, and repairs to spindles, ball screws, guides, tool changers, pumps, and coolant systems. The millwright will support machine installations, work with OEM personnel, perform facility repairs, follow health and safety regulations, and operate in a shift-based shop-floor environment.

Leads continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma initiatives across manufacturing, materials, quality, and support functions. Coaches leaders and teams on problem-solving, standard work, visual management, Kaizen, and daily management. Builds employee engagement and idea-generation systems, tracks productivity and CI projects, supports safety improvements, and reports outcomes to senior leadership. The role collaborates cross-functionally, facilitates change, and periodically supports projects or training at other locations.

Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, configure integrations and workflows, maintain data integrity and security, and develop Power BI reports and dashboards. Analyze data, support reporting needs, train users, and oversee network, server, storage, and backup infrastructure. The role also requires resolving technical issues, supporting cloud services, optimizing processes, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders in an onsite office environment.

Ensure products and processes meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements. Maintain QMS (AS9100/ISO), support NPI, lead problem-solving/CAPA, perform audits, manage customer quality packages, and drive continuous improvement in a precision manufacturing environment.

The CNC Programmer is responsible for designing, creating, and optimizing CNC processes, developing machining plans, and ensuring quality compliance through inspection reports and simulations in a high-precision environment.
