Lead and scale Phylo's security, privacy, and compliance program: own the compliance roadmap, prepare for SOC 2/ISO 27001/GDPR/HIPAA readiness, support FedRAMP and NIST planning, partner with engineering to implement controls, run risk assessments and audits, manage customer security reviews and RFPs, and automate evidence collection and compliance workflows.

Own a quota for enterprise pharma and biotech accounts; run full sales cycles from outbound to expansion; convert pilots/POCs to production; use MEDDPICC for disciplined qualification and forecasting; partner with technical teams to design solutions and drive land-and-expand while maintaining CRM hygiene and feeding market insights to GTM and product.

Opportunistic role for exceptional candidates to define their own mandate applying frontier AI to biomedical science. Work spans agent platform, science, infrastructure, product, and commercial tasks with end-to-end ownership. Must be highly autonomous, AI-native, collaborative, and able to work onsite in South San Francisco.

The role involves managing the post-sales experience for enterprise accounts, fostering relationships, driving user adoption, and coordinating feedback for product improvement.
