Responsibilities include analyzing large transportation datasets, building KPI reports, modeling costs and savings, evaluating carrier performance, supporting sourcing and negotiations, and recommending operational improvements. The role partners with Logistics, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Technology, and carriers to implement scalable transportation strategies and improve cost, service, and capacity performance.

Leads concurrent customer implementations from post-sale kickoff through go-live and hypercare. Responsibilities include project planning, timeline and milestone management, cross-functional coordination, status meetings, risk mitigation, escalation management, customer communication, launch documentation, and process improvement. The role supports brands and 3PL partners in a fast-paced technology environment and transitions accounts to Customer Success after launch.
