Conduct quantitative and qualitative economic research supporting securities regulation, policy development, and operational initiatives. Collect and analyze data, design research studies, query databases, apply economic and statistical methods, and communicate findings through reports and presentations. Supports IT procurement, supplier and contract management, purchase orders, invoices, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and resource capacity planning. Partners with IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and vendors to manage spending, validate allocations, resolve discrepancies, oversee renewals, and align resource usage with contracts and statements of work.

Leads advanced analytics and data science initiatives, designing cloud-based solutions and extracting insights from structured and unstructured data. Applies Python, AI, NLP, and text mining to complex business problems, while managing multiple projects and stakeholder expectations. Establishes analytics standards, mentors technical staff, develops training materials, and contributes to Agile delivery. The role requires strong technical expertise, business judgment, communication skills, and experience in financial, capital markets, or regulatory environments.

Supports enterprise-wide strategic PMO delivery by developing project and portfolio frameworks, maintaining prioritization tools, tracking risks and dependencies, coordinating reporting, creating executive dashboards, and supporting change management, stakeholder engagement, training, and communications. The role helps strengthen project governance, performance measurement, and alignment across strategic initiatives.

Provide legal leadership for Enforcement Division knowledge and practice: develop and maintain practice materials, run knowledge management, conduct legal research, advise investigators and counsel, design and deliver training, and identify technology and process efficiencies to support investigations and litigation.
