Leads client engagements translating pharmaceutical market dynamics, brand strategy, prescribing data, and AI-powered analytics into commercial recommendations. Responsibilities include market sizing, segmentation, launch planning, competitive landscaping, targeting, ROI measurement, executive presentations, requirements gathering, project governance, stakeholder alignment, change management, and platform adoption. The consultant partners with commercial, analytics, engineering, product, and sales teams to improve data-driven decision-making and customer engagement.

Build and own end-to-end product capabilities across frontend and backend systems. Implement responsive React + TypeScript UIs, design and operate APIs and backend services (Python/TypeScript), deploy and run containerized apps on AWS/Kubernetes, integrate analytical data sources, use observability and CI/CD practices, and collaborate with product, design, and ML teams to ship reliable, incremental features.

Lead end-to-end development of ODAIA's AI-powered commercial intelligence features. Build React/TypeScript frontends, design and operate backend APIs and services, integrate data/ML systems, drive architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and improve testing, observability, and code quality.

Lead FP&A and financial operations: build complex models and KPIs, manage budgeting/forecasting, oversee month-end reporting and external bookkeepers, run year-end audits and investor/Board reporting, own financial tech stack and identify efficiency/AI opportunities, and partner cross-functionally to drive revenue accountability and operational efficiency.

Build and run ODAIA's legal function: draft, negotiate, and close enterprise SaaS, data licensing, MSA and DPA agreements; translate AI governance into internal policy; architect privacy and data-governance across PIPEDA/HIPAA; manage equity, board resolutions, vendor agreements; partner with Sales and Engineering to enable fast, compliant contracting and advise the executive team and Board on legal and risk matters.
