Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle. Drive performance, engagement, inclusion, and organizational change. Lead People and Organization programs, use data and analytics to inform decisions and mitigate risks, support restructures in compliance with local regulations, and continuously improve HR processes and employee experience.
