The role also supports FIU operations and requires independent handling of confidential information.

The Director of Finance oversees monthly and annual close processes, financial reporting, payroll, reconciliations, tax compliance, IFRS reporting, internal controls, and technical accounting. The role advises stakeholders on financial implications, manages accounting policies and business processes, supports regulatory reporting including CIRO Form 1, and assists the CFO with financial statement notes. The position requires a CPA, extensive accounting and external audit experience, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Sage-to-QuickBooks Online system conversions.
