Conduct formative and validation UX research for an enterprise agentic AI platform: recruit customers, run interviews and usability tests, synthesize findings, build repeatable research practices, and influence product and design decisions.

Design and implement production-grade agentic AI systems and platform components that generate enterprise agents from messy source material. Architect agent workflows (reasoning, tool use, retrieval, guardrails), build evaluation and RAG/embedding systems, diagnose performance issues, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable AI agent features in AWS.

Design, optimize, test, and benchmark prompts and agent tool descriptions to improve AI performance. Collaborate with Customer Success and Data Science, automate evaluation and testing, document prompt practices, and research new NLP and model-specific prompting strategies.
