Responsible for prospecting, closing and renewing partnerships, driving student participation, coordinating events and content, and using modern AI-assisted web tools to prototype program landing pages and scale initiatives.

Lead and coach the Customer Success team to improve retention and renewals, build playbooks and CRM practices, manage a small portfolio of school partners, drive operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration, and support the team through product launches and change.
