Leads AI engineering strategy across clinical, patient, and operational products. Designs and operates production retrieval, orchestration, agentic, and evaluation systems, establishing standards for AI safety, observability, responsible deployment, and reliability. Partners with clinical, product, and executive leaders on the AI roadmap, mentors engineers, evaluates emerging models and tools, and codes regularly in Python.

Build and own full-stack features across patient, clinician, and operational healthcare products. Responsibilities include architecture, scalable coding, testing, CI/CD, code review, technical discussions, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring. The role requires daily use of AI coding tools and ownership of projects from ideation through rollout. Experience with healthcare, EHR integrations, regulated domains, or consumer startups is beneficial.

Senior hands-on full-stack engineer who leads architecture, drives cross-team technical roadmaps, implements scalable Django/React systems, improves CI/CD and testing practices, mentors engineers, and partners with product, clinical, and executive stakeholders to translate business needs into durable technical solutions.
