Lead cross‑functional packaging operations projects to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput. Manage timelines, resources, vendor/customer interactions, inventory and schedules. Prepare dashboards and executive updates, apply data and continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), ensure food safety/quality (HACCP/GMP), and support new product/format launches and equipment integrations.
