The Accounting Manager oversees monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, general ledger activities, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit support. The role leads finance projects involving ERP implementations, migrations, automation, testing, and process improvements. It also partners with Finance, IT, Operations, and other functions while managing and developing accounting team members.

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and ETL for inventory management. Integrate ERP/WMS data, ensure data integrity and performance, document KPIs, support stakeholders, train end-users, and use Python for advanced analysis and automation to drive inventory optimization and reporting.

Partner with the sales team to close digital equipment sales by conducting demos, presentations, prospecting, and client follow-up. Develop manufacturer and ISC relationships, support installations and site assessments, participate in trade shows, and maintain sales activity and competitive market intelligence to drive territory growth and customer satisfaction.
