Owns high-value AI use cases from discovery through deployment, adoption, and measurable business impact. The role partners with AI engineers and cross-functional teams, integrates solutions with enterprise systems, manages reliability and responsible AI requirements, and drives user onboarding, training, and change management. It requires translating business problems into AI solutions, navigating ambiguous enterprise data, engaging senior stakeholders, and supporting deployments through business, plant, and grower-site visits.

Supports global Product and Material master data governance within SAP S/4HANA. Configures SAP MDG and SimpleMDG data models, workflows, business rules, validations, and integrations; monitors data quality and integration failures; performs root cause analysis; evaluates ABAP-related logic, SAP tables, CDS views, and custom developments; and collaborates with technical and business teams on system changes, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.

Supports McCain’s global SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation, specializing in FI/CO, global tax processes, and private-cloud RISE environments. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing and configuring solutions, testing, documenting functional specifications, advising Finance and technology stakeholders, monitoring system changes, and identifying process improvements. The role requires extensive SAP Finance experience, S/4HANA certification, strong tax knowledge, and the ability to deliver large-scale global initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
