Manage and optimize packaging production operations, lead production staff, ensure safety and quality, meet output and efficiency targets, drive continuous improvement and coordinate schedules, resources, and maintenance to support customer delivery.

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production machinery, troubleshoot and replace mechanical components, lubricate and clean equipment, interpret schematics and blueprints, follow safety and Lockout/Tagout procedures, and complete work orders to reduce downtime and improve plant efficiency.

Prepare and review complex Canadian corporate and partnership tax returns and related filings (NR4, T106, GST/HST, QST, PST), manage ASC 740 provisions, cash tax forecasting, instalments and payments, support audits and appeals, handle cross-border and import/export tax matters, assist M&A and repatriation projects, perform technical tax research, and collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Treasury, and business teams.

Lead and execute Lean/OPEX projects to improve safety, quality, cost, and throughput. Define project scope, measure KPIs, drive corrective actions, train teams on lean tools, document results, and collaborate with site and corporate teams to sustain improvements.

Lead and grow a Canadian B2B industrial sales team, develop and execute strategic sales plans, expand customer base, negotiate deals, resolve quality/service issues, track KPIs and forecasts, and use CRM and Office tools to manage pipeline and optimize strategies. Travel 30–40%.

Supervise daily manufacturing and logistics operations, enforcing EHS compliance, hazardous materials handling, container grading/traceability, inventory accuracy, scheduling, maintenance coordination, and staff training. Lead process automation, maintain operational databases and audit-ready documentation, conduct safety inspections, and collaborate with regulators to ensure quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.
