Lead execution of complex technology initiatives across business, engineering, architecture, infrastructure, data, QA, operations, vendors, and stakeholders. Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, risks, testing, release readiness, and production deployment. Facilitate collaboration, resolve blockers, establish accountability, challenge estimates, and provide senior leadership with concise delivery reporting. Capital Markets experience and trade lifecycle knowledge are preferred, with corporate lending and corporate loan process experience advantageous.

Leads requirements gathering and translates business needs into technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation. Documents end-to-end data flows, source-to-target mappings, integrations, APIs, interfaces, transformations, validations, dependencies, and exceptions. Collaborates with stakeholders, architects, developers, data teams, and QA throughout delivery, ensuring traceability and alignment between requirements, testing, and implementation. Capital Markets, trade lifecycle, and corporate lending experience are advantageous.
