New graduate talent opportunity with a general contracting company. Candidates should have education or training in a related field and between zero and three years of general contracting experience.

Lead commercial construction projects from pursuit through close-out, managing cost, schedule, quality, safety, contracts, risks, budgets, billing, subcontractors, and stakeholder relationships. Develop project schedules, oversee preconstruction and tendering, ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, and promote workplace safety. The role coordinates project teams, supports profitability, manages owner and consultant communication, and requires travel across Toronto and the GTA to active construction sites.

Supports construction project delivery through document control, RFIs, submittals, RFQs, change orders, cost tracking, scheduling, contract documentation, meeting coordination, and project reporting. Works with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to maintain accurate information, identify schedule or contractual issues, and support timely project execution.

Coordinates procurement and strategic sourcing for fleet and facilities operations. Sources materials, equipment, and services; negotiates supplier agreements; manages vendor performance, inventory replenishment, purchasing data, contracts, logistics, and procurement compliance. Partners with Finance, Operations, maintenance teams, and suppliers to ensure availability, competitive pricing, quality, and service levels while improving processes and mitigating supply risks.
