Apply instructional design principles, create multimedia content (video, templates, interactive assets), integrate content into MaRS platforms, support live programming, run experiments to improve engagement, and collaborate with product and platform teams to maintain content quality and publishing workflows.

Support design, delivery, and administration of startup-focused programs and partnerships. Coordinate events end-to-end, manage stakeholders and CRM, track KPIs and reporting, conduct market research, and improve team processes and tools to scale Learning Solutions offerings.
