Support full-cycle recruitment by coordinating interviews, managing job postings and ATS records (Workable), screening candidates, conducting reference checks, preparing offers, onboarding, tracking pipelines and metrics, and supporting campus recruitment and employer branding.

Support project teams by reviewing, drafting, interpreting, and negotiating commercial agreements; respond to contract inquiries; prepare contractual correspondence and documentation; assist counsel with claims and disputes; produce reports and presentations; and use the Legal Group's systems and tools to support delivery of ICI and civil construction projects.

Perform financial analysis and reporting for multiple divisions, prepare consolidated financial statements, build models and dashboards (Excel, Vena, Power BI), support budgeting, forecasting, corporate tax compliance, and provide insights to senior management. Collaborate with divisional teams and lead process improvement and ad-hoc projects.

Lead and coordinate self-performing mechanical crews for process mechanical construction across water/wastewater, industrial, and food & beverage projects. Manage schedules, procurement, submittals, RFIs, drawings, QA/QC, cost forecasts, change orders, permits, and stakeholder communication to ensure safe, on‑time, compliant delivery.
