Build and run end-to-end sourcing and recruiting for technical and business roles. Own multiple requisitions, source passive candidates, create talent maps and outbound campaigns, track funnel metrics, diagnose bottlenecks, partner with hiring managers, and establish repeatable, data-driven recruiting motions to reduce agency reliance and scale hiring.

Manage and grow a team of forward-deployed engineers building and orchestrating agentic, multi-agent AI workflows. Lead technical direction and scaling of an AI-native automation platform for enterprise healthcare. Own architecture, reliability, security, observability, deployment, incident response, and customer-facing technical relationships. Hire and develop senior AI, product, and infrastructure engineers while partnering with Product and GTM to accelerate repeatable, secure, and scalable customer deployments.

As an AI Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll design AI workflows, act as a customer technical bridge, and optimize deployment performance. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment, shaping tools and documentation while ensuring system reliability.

Build backend and full-stack systems powering AI agents for healthcare automations. Own implementation through deployment and monitoring, improve runtime reliability, design workflow/pathway tooling, integrate AI models and browser automation, and collaborate cross-functionally to ship robust production automations.
