As a UX Researcher at KUBRA, you will conduct user experience research, collaborate with teams, and advocate for user-centered design to inform product decisions.

Lead and own Security Operations: manage SOC monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, security tools, IAM/IGA, and cloud security. Build standards, run tabletop/Purple Team exercises, oversee forensics and vendor risk, recruit and mentor the security team, manage budget and compliance (PCI, NIST, ISO), and drive DevSecOps and security champion programs across the organization.

Design, implement, and govern enterprise cloud and hybrid security architectures (primarily AWS). Perform security reviews, assessments, threat modeling, IaC and application security, incident response, and compliance support. As a Platform DevSecOps Engineer, you will design and operate KUBRA's Internal Developer Platform, focusing on security integration, automation of workflows, and collaboration with product teams.

The AI Engineer designs and operationalizes intelligent systems for data extraction, collaborates with teams to establish AI standards, and delivers AI-driven solutions to improve business metrics.
