Coordinate service requests, schedule and dispatch field technicians, maintain Siebel planning board and WIP reports, manage materials and subcontractors, prepare invoicing and charge lines, communicate with customers and stakeholders, and support emergency breakdowns to ensure timely equipment repairs.

Serve as financial partner to Operations and Finance leadership for assigned projects/business units. Own monthly close tasks, account reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, budgeting/forecasting, WIP and margin oversight, labor cost monitoring, internal controls documentation, and ad-hoc financial analysis to drive profitability and process improvements.
