Build and maintain Knak’s complex Vue and TypeScript editor for email and landing-page design. Own the CRDT-based realtime collaboration engine using WebSockets, Cloudflare Workers, and Durable Objects; evolve the document model and rendering pipeline; develop Laravel APIs and MySQL persistence; integrate AI-driven editing; and manage production reliability. The role also includes architecture, performance optimization, testing, code reviews, mentoring, observability, and cross-functional collaboration with product, design, QA, and DevOps.

Build and scale AI-agent infrastructure, including orchestration, tool calling, context management, guardrails, evaluations, and LLM-as-judge pipelines. Develop Python and Node.js microservices, Laravel APIs, AWS infrastructure, and optimized MySQL systems. Diagnose agent failures, improve prompts and tools, maintain reliability and observability, contribute to architecture, review code, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor engineers.

Analyze go-to-market performance across marketing, sales, revenue operations, and finance. Build reporting connecting campaigns to pipeline and revenue, investigate funnel and attribution questions, support budget analysis and planning, improve data quality, and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with AI and Data Engineering teams on marketing data agents, architecture, and source tables.

Build and scale backend systems for Knak’s AI-powered marketing automation platform. Develop Laravel APIs, Python and Node.js AI microservices, and scalable AWS infrastructure. Optimize MySQL databases, support observability and performance, maintain code quality through testing and reviews, collaborate cross-functionally, contribute to architecture decisions, and mentor engineers.
