Build and own core components of an LLM-powered agent platform: orchestration, tool integrations, APIs, knowledge/memory infrastructure, trust & safety, and evaluation tooling. The Senior Developer Experience Engineer will own CI/CD infrastructure and internal tools, improve developer productivity, and foster team collaboration through effective tooling and automation.

Provide legal support for complex international EOR employment lifecycle matters (terminations, performance management, leave, disputes). Serve as legal lead on escalations, partner with regional counsel and operations, build playbooks, standards, escalation paths, decision frameworks and training, manage outside counsel, and translate legal requirements into operational workflows, product controls, and customer guidance to enable consistent, compliant lifecycle execution across markets.
