Provide executive administrative support to the President & CEO, VP of Programs, and Executive Leadership; coordinate Board and committee governance activities; manage complex calendars, travel, meetings, materials, and minute-taking; maintain governance records; support cross-functional projects and executive communications to ensure organizational priorities and Board processes run smoothly.

Lead month-end close, prepare financial reports, forecasts, reconciliations, and audit schedules. Support budgeting, grant accounting, cash flow forecasting, financial analysis, and improvements to systems and controls while partnering with cross-functional teams to translate financial data into strategic insights.
