Leads the Accounts Payable function, overseeing invoice processing, supplier payments, compliance, reporting, team development, and process improvement. Drives AP automation and AI adoption, manages supplier relationships, supports financial close, develops performance dashboards, and partners with Finance, Procurement, Treasury, and Operations. The role also contributes to working capital improvement, internal controls, audit readiness, and scalable procure-to-pay operations.

Leads the Accounts Payable function, managing invoice and payment operations, supplier relationships, compliance, reporting, team development, and process improvement. The role drives AP automation, AI adoption, working capital initiatives, internal controls, month-end and year-end close support, and Procure-to-Pay optimization. It also partners with Procurement, Treasury, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to improve efficiency, scalability, and service levels.

Processes PO and non-PO invoices, reconciles vendor accounts, prepares payments, resolves exceptions, supports month-end reporting, and responds to vendor inquiries. Analyzes AP data, strengthens financial controls, maintains procedures, and contributes to automation and AI initiatives. Collaborates with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and suppliers to improve procure-to-pay efficiency and accuracy.

Ensure the reliability and performance of plant equipment through electrical troubleshooting, maintenance procedures, technical support, safety compliance, performance tracking, and continuous improvement. The role supports maintenance teams during regular and urgent after-hours issues, collaborates with other engineering disciplines, and mentors engineers-in-training and apprentices.

Lead the growth and profitability of the AgGeo and specialty product line through market strategy, product launches, customer engagement, pricing, forecasting, and business development. Conduct market and competitive research, develop budgets and business cases, support sales and product innovation, and collaborate with Operations, Finance, Sales, and R&D. The role requires customer travel, including visits, trade shows, conferences, and manufacturing plant support.

Lead the growth and profitability of an assigned geomembrane and specialty product line. Responsibilities include market research, product strategy, launches, pricing, forecasting, budgeting, business case development, sales enablement, customer engagement, competitive analysis, and collaboration with operations, supply chain, finance, sales, and R&D. The role requires customer and industry travel of 25–40%.
