Lead structuring, negotiation, and execution of project and corporate financings for utility-scale clean energy and power infrastructure projects. Manage financing strategy, due diligence, documentation, lender/investor processes, valuation and M&A analysis, cross-functional risk mitigation, and mentor junior team members to ensure projects are bankable and fundable.

Lead PV capacity testing and performance validation for utility-scale solar plants, diagnose DC collection and plant underperformance, and develop advanced energy models to optimize long-term generation and reliability. Partner across Asset Management, Operations, EPCs, and OEMs to produce defensible technical reports, recommend corrective actions, and improve portfolio performance.

Lead owner-side execution of natural gas-fired power generation and energy infrastructure projects from development through commissioning and operations. Manage EPC contractors, budgets, schedules, risk registers, technical reviews, QA/QC, permitting and safety compliance. Align stakeholders, drive project controls and reporting, support commissioning/startup and turnover to operations, and ensure delivery of reciprocating engine plants, gas turbine facilities, substations, BESS, and data center power infrastructure.
